- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called on Monday in order to request a letter declaring my wife 'fit to travel.' She had to travel abroad in an emergency due to a family member being admitted to hospital. I was told that the request had been put in and it 'normally' takes a week. I tried to emphasise that it was an emergency and she said it had been taken into consideration. To cut a long story short, after being told to see the midwife and then being told to come in and see the doctor, a week later and I still don't have a letter. The reception team is simply awful and are not interested in your problems, simply stating they are 'minimum wage workers.' Well so are a vast majority of us! I will never use this practice again, I am disgusted with the manner of handling it. There are around 5-6 doctors and a team of 4-5 receptionists each more ignorant than the last.by Kassem NoureddineMay 09, 2017
